Anaheim Hills Plants and Lights by The Landscape Contractor

HOMEOWNER REQUEST:
Update our backyard so we can enjoy entertaining at night as much as we do in the day.

TLC WORK COMPLETED:
TLC removed all old trees and plants and replaced with 24″ box multi-trunk trees and 5 gallon Tuscany style shrubs in existing planters. The best feature was lighting up their beautiful functional landscape with a professional lighting system consisting of 38 lights both spot and path lights. We upgraded the LED lamps. Lastly we installed colored decorative wood chips to all planters 4″ thick for a fresh and finished appearance.

Norco Remodel by The Landscape Contractor

HOMEOWNER REQUEST:
Help make this home we bought look modern, cozy and new.

TLC WORK COMPLETED: This half acre property in Norco, Ca was a complete remodel front and backyard including remodeling an old swimming pool. This landscape design included custom entryway and driveway, Rv parking with motorized gate system, 28′ BBQ, fire pit, seat walls, two Alumiwood patio covers, putting green, and a gorgeous pool remodel. Pavers installed were by Ackerstone 9,000 square feet, artificial turf installed along with drought tolerant design to save water and minimize yard maintenance. 400 plants and 65 trees (24″ box and 36″ box) were installed around property. A professional lighting system installed using 110 lights step lights, wall lights, spot lights and path lights to create the perfect environment to relax and entertain family and friends.

Norco Backyard by The Landscape Contractor

HOMEOWNER REQUEST: Transform a corner of our yard into a kitchen area where kids and family can hang out.

TLC WORK COMPLETED: This Outdoor kitchen and entertainment area was built in a Norco backyard. This is a perfect area to watch the kids play in the pool, watch TV, serve food and drinks, or sit by a fire table. This 20′ x 16′ free standing alumiwood patio cover has recessed lighting with a dimmer, a ceiling fan, and is insulated to keep you cool in the hot summer months. The serving island and columns are wrapped with stone veneer and tile is installed on top of the serving island to match the pool.  The construction in about three weeks.

YORBA LINDA REMODEL by THE LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR

HOMEOWNER REQUEST: We want an elegant and functional backyard that is low maintenance and to get rid of the hill so we can have more space.

TLC WORK COMPLETED: This landscape remodel in Yorba Linda required a 5 1/2′ tall retaining wall to create more backyard entertainment area. The wall included a new stone by El Dorado on the face of the wall and a poured concrete cap. A custom fireplace in the center of the patio and a 20′ BBQ island with a granite counter top and the best stainless steel equipment including a pizza oven. Stamped colored concrete with poured in place concrete bands were used for patio, and colored wood chips to cover dirt with drip irrigation to all plants and trees including the slope. A professional lighting system was installed to create the perfect outdoor elegance.

Riverside Drought Tolerant Backyard by The Landscape Contractor

HOMEOWNER REQUEST: Make our huge backyard drought tolerant and easy to maintain.

TLC WORK COMPLETED: This acre and a half property located in Riverside, Ca. was designed to eliminate mowing the grass and emphasis on saving water. Using stamped concrete, 5,000 square feet of artificial turf, plants and trees using drip irrigation under decorative rock in planters, and a focal point area for a fountain with seat walls. Also, a free standing patio cover 16′ x 16′ using insulated Alumiwood with recessed LED lights on a dimmer creates the perfect family gathering space. A professional low voltage lighting system was installed around yard using LED lamps to create the perfect evening setting. This landscape was constructed in 3 weeks.

Riverside Acre Backyard designed by The Landscape Contractor

HOMEOWNER REQUEST: This home is situated on an acre of land. The homeowners like to entertain family, friends and hold large holiday parties so they needed a functional landscape that utilized every part of the space.

TLC WORK COMPLETED: This acre and a half property was a new design build in Riverside, Ca. The complete project took 10 weeks to build. With retaining walls ranging from 18″ to 36″ and stucco and stone veneer to match the home this landscape is an extension of the home. A 30′ BBQ island with custom concrete counter top, all the best equipment installed and lighting for evening entertainment. The pool has poured in place coping to match the color of the steps and poured bands throughout the landscape. 7,000 square feet of Ackerstone pavers installed in the backyard along with 3 alumiwood patio covers all with recessed lighting, ceiling fans and dimmers. Artificial turf installed to keep maintenance to a minimum and provide the kids and area to play. Professional outdoor lighting using 95 lights on walls, steps, spot lights, path lights and under roof on home to create the perfect evening entertainment space. Plants and trees all selected to create the perfect Tuscan Villa feel surrounded by rolling hills of Riverside.
